When do we see the rings?

Post by bronx_bird »

When was the '06 WS ring design revealed?

What would you like to see on the 2011 rings?

I think a circle of 10 diamonds with a big fatty in the middle for number 11 would be slick.

okay, stopped being lazy, looks like TFG first posted the announced design on March 24 in '07. So, much later than I remembered.

Lol I like how we can map out a timeline of events that follow a championship by just digging up old posts

Busch Stadium's Musial Bridge motif will be featured in relief on the ring, and there will be room for the player's name on one side.
"Rzepczynski" will fit on 1 side?

I hope Albert's gets lost in the mail. Penelope or whatever her god damned name is all on ups.com with a tracking number and seeing [expletive] like "Left Topeka, KS at 09:14 2012-03-14" and then nothing else.

They should just give Freese 2 rings instead.

I think it will be a separate ring...kinda like an engagement ring and a wedding ring.

Or follow Mark Cuban's suggestion & give him a bracelet.

The article said that all living HOF players get a ring. I did not know that? Is that standard? If so, that means all present or past Cards players that will enter the Hall (cough, cough) will one day get a ring if/when St Louis wins again. Seems really strange in a way.
