Go Cards!
Shannon and Rooney kept going on and on and on about a squirrel that was sitting behind Jack Wilson along the left field line and was there for a while, right before Duncan hit the bases loaded double. Later on, they put the critter on the big screen with the words "Rally Squirrel" underneath it, and the crowd cheered it pretty hard, supposedly.
Apparently, the squirrel was sitting out by the RF foul pole to start the game, then went over in front of the bullpen (where some groundscrew tried to catch it) then ran up near the tarp, and then was sitting in center field in front of Edmonds. The lil guy was running all over the park, and the FSN announcers kept on talking about it, too.

The Angels had a monkey, we have a squirrel.

I think there are *enough* lawyers involved with baseball.

I agree, a three team race is fun even if it isn't pretty. The last seven against the Brewers and Cubs are going to be very very very very interesting...should make for some drama.

JC went for the first time this year (free tickets from a friend), and we won and the Cubs lost. For the sake of October, you all should buy me tickets this weekend. ;)
