Also while I hate the brewers, I admire the fact that they are constantly tinkering with their team, always trying to improve and find an edge. Wonder what that’s like

I'd much prefer the Brewers over the Barves, Giants or Dodgers. The Brewers have had a good run for a small market team. The Brewers had even more runs saved via defense than the Cards, and have a better pitching staff. I don't even really hate them any more now that Braun is gone. I'm as woke a baseball fan as you'll find and I can't even get that mad about Hader. Oh he had some racist and misogynistic tweets several years back? The Cards probably have half a dozen players like that, but they were smart enough to not tweet it out.

Hard to believe crap like this is being said in 2021 on an MLB broadcast. MLB is such a garbage good-old-boys club. That's the only real explanation I can come up with that explains why mediocre fossils like these still have a job
