Post by dmarx114 »

1. Cardinals win 94 games and win NL Central.
2. Goldy wins NL MVP.
3. Mikolas leads team in wins.
4. Flaherty pitches fewer than 80 innings.
5. The closer in the playoffs is not on the current roster.

Pujols is abysmal and barely cracks .700 OPS

Mikolas has yet another injury setback

Gorman surprises and takes Edman’s job

Yepez will out hit Pujols and Dickerson respectively

O’Neill and Arenado are the only gold glove winners

To the likely detriment of the team, Pujols gets enough PA's to reach 700 HR's.

2 of our 3 starting OF's (O'Neill, Bader, Carlson) fail to reach 400 PA's.

Hudson leads the SP's in wins.

Cardinals fail to crack 75 wins.

Yep, I'm pretty pessimistic about this season.

1) Dylan Carlson starts the all-star game
2) We win the NL Central
3) Steven Matz will be our ace in the first half
4) We're going to make a trade for a big pitcher during the deadline
5) Bader will hit 20 HRs
6) Goldschmidt will finish top 3 in MVP votes

Mo will say something like ‘we won’t be doing anything much this trade deadline. Maybe a small, uninspiring move or two.’ …then add an impact player.

The Cardinals will play most of their games at night.

Albert Pujols will be looking for a date soon.

Some of the Cardinals pitchers will get hurt. Others will be very bad.

lol, I don't know about bold; those all seem pretty realistic/likely to happen

Ollie Marmol beats John Mozeliak to the last cheese puff at an after game spread in mid August. He kids Mo about it while eating it in front of him.

Ollie Marmol is notified he has been fired when the security guard won't let him park his car at the next day's game.

Yadi, Waino, and Pujols play manager bingo the rest of the season.

Albert Pujols finds true love on Flag Day.

A new dance craze called The Intestinal Worm sweeps the nation.

The Cardinals' rotation goes down in flames and Mo signs 3 kids sitting on eachother's shoulders hidden in a Mike Maroth jersey to staunch the bleeding.

Our outfield combines for 15 WAR.

Jordan Hicks leads the team in saves.

DeJong hits 30 HR.

The Brewers win the Central. We get a wildcard. We lose the wildcard.
