Just curious, who do you put at 3B on an all time Cardinals starting lineup? Ken Boyer, Scott Rolen or Nolan Arenado?
Well, obviously, Boyer for me. But I wouldn't have a problem with either Rolen or Arenado as the Cardinals' starting third baseman.

I hope Rolen goes in as a Cardinal, but I could see the HOF leaving it blank.

Said over in the other thread I could see him preferring blank. Might depend how over the TLR stuff he is (seems like it) and how much he liked Cincy (seems like he did). I forget - is it the HOF that gets final say?
The Hall gets final say. Seems like someone (Boggs?) was going to get paid to have a Devil Rays cap and the Hall out a stop to it.

Correction: it was alleged that Boggs contract with Tampa paid him to go in with the Devil Ray cap so the Hall reexamined their policy and they now have final say. Boggs we t I with a Red Sox cap.

Does he get put up on the left field wall? Some Cardinal HoF'ers aren't. Have no idea what criteria they use.

Good for him. What hat does he wear?
I hope Cardinals. But, maybe Reds or Phillies.

He's worn a few hats in his time.

The Hall gets to pick the hat but the player still gets an option to go with a blank hat.

Isn’t that reserved for national HOFers?

He will be added. Number probably retired too. Ken Boyer isn’t even close to the level Rolen is and I would probably say that for Rolen’s Cardinal years only.

There's only been 18 3rd basemen to make the hall of fame. That's wild.
