They're just brilliant to watch. 3-0 and Ozil's in on all of them.
Have his eyes popped out yet? They've been threatening for some time.

This Brazil/Mexico game is awesome
The announcer is a real Mexico homer, but there's something really entertaining about it.

By the way, if any of you still think Juan Agudelo is better than Jozy Altidore, lol.

I kind of do, but it's like saying I like Nyjer Morgan more than Carlos Gomez. Both kind of suck.

Had a long layover at LaGuardia with the Ecuadorian National Soccer/Football team on Wednesday morning. Did not speak to them.

Dude Robbotis! Rumor is that Juventus (and AC Milan) are sniffing around Brek Shea.

Got back from the Timbers final home game. What a let down. They didn't play well, and the reffing was absolute horse [expletive]. Playoffs are out.

But what a fantastic season. Such a great experience being at those games. I hope we turn some of that turnstile cheddar into quality Timbers next season. Sprinkle them in with a good young core and I think we could be pretty dangerous next year.

This is random, but I was happy. Thismorning, my high school best friend whom I've totally fallen out of touch with updated his facebook with a funny note regarding his lifelong weekend hobby, soccer refereeing. He's been working his way up for 16 years, and today was his biggest game yet, a friendly between the KC MLS team and, uh, some club from Latin America. So I was really fired up when I randomly flicked past ESPN Deportes and saw the game on (I had been watching Aladdin on Disney Channel, so sue me). Sure enough, there was Mark hustling up and down the sideline, flag waving happily. I told him I was proud that he is my first celebrity friend, and offered to be in his entourage. his wife agreed, saying my duties would involve diaper changing and laundry for their 3 kids. I declined.
