Dan Shulman on Twitter says La Russa said Carp unlikely to start Game 7. Westbrook, Jackson most likely choices. Let's just hope there is a Game 7.

I gotta love Wash still batting Napoli 7th. The only way it could be better is if he batted him 8th ahead of the pitcher.
