The fact that we couldn't even qualify for the Olympic tournament that Mexico won is perhaps more telling than this victory, but it's still really nice to get off the zero in Mexico.

Just realized I get some channel called Fox Soccer, or something like that. Does anyone know if there's anything worth watching on there for someone who's trying to get more interested in the game? Seems like most of the games I've seen shown are recordings of older matches.

EPL starts this weekend check fsns coverage. They also do some Italian league stuff but I couldn't tell you when that season starts. The epl review shows are good. MLS games are on espn and nbcsports each week. The soccer isn't as good but it's closer to home and there may be a natural rooting interest for you

Is the EPL a European League? I think that actually may interest me the most. I've traced my roots to the UK and when I've been over there and in Ireland it's great to be in a pub when there is a football game on.

English premier league. Top flight in England and some say the world. That's a hot debate. I couldn't comment on that because I only really watch MLS and sometimes epl.

But that reminds me that FSC also has UEFA Champions League games. That's the biggest yearly tournament in soccer between all the best clubs from European leagues in a bunch of countries; Spain, Italy, England, Gemany and others.
