I'm finally getting around to actually listening to their latest album in its entirety (Mechanical Bull) and I've gotta say, this is the best albums of 2013, right directly after Vampire Weekend's.

I think it's a really good album. I wouldn't put it as high as you did, but it's definitely a solid effort.

I think it's a really good album. I wouldn't put it as high as you did, but it's definitely a solid effort.

obviously a matter of opinion, but i really give it such high praise because like Vampire Weekend's album, i can listen to this one all the way thru and can't really that say that very often.

I know most people scoff at my Aerosmith fandom, but very excited to hear that Slash will be opening up for Aerosmith during their US tour. Dates not yet announced, but hoping there is one nearby.
