I would like a scientific study of how cords for headphones garden hoses etc get tangled so damn fast.

I probably won't ever use the $24.37 remaining on my Applebee's gift card. Or the $8.54 on Chili's.

Re: Random musings
There are many places online that will buy your gift cards. Some have minimums of $25, but the one I've used, cardcash.com, has no minimum required. Right now, you could get $18.52 via check or PayPal for your Applebee's card, and $6.67 for the Chili's one. If you shop Amazon frequently like I do, you can get slightly more in Amazon credit - $19.26 and $6.94, respectively. Definitely better than nothing if you don't think you'll use them.Radbird wrote:I probably won't ever use the $24.37 remaining on my Applebee's gift card. Or the $8.54 on Chili's.

My consistently above average power point presentations are a source of pride for me.

There was something regarding that on Tattoo Nightmares. A girl wanted that, the zodiac symbol for cancer, tattooed on her back at the base of her neck. It came out looking like 69, but with more that I don't recall which made it seem like she was a slut or prostitute. They did a great cover-up for her.

When heading down to a lake, one probably shouldn't make fun of a friend for jumping in the lake without taking his glasses off the year before... and then do the exact same thing less than an hour later.
I had to go blind from Saturday afternoon until this morning because I didn't have any backup glasses or contacts. Thankfully I managed to book an appointment online when I got home for 9:15am today and was out of there in less than an hour with plenty of contacts and it only cost me $56. Finally adding the vision insurance last fall was a very wise decision on my part. It paid off today.
I do have to buy new glasses still but at least I can see again. Watching the ballgame was frustating last night because I could see well enough to watch it but not quite well enough to catch close plays or anything too closely.

Everybody knows a zodiac cancer symbol tattoo on the back of the neck is way classier than 69.KyCardinalFan wrote:There was something regarding that on Tattoo Nightmares. She chose the zodiac symbol over the more expensive design of crabs in a container, with the line "I Got a Case of the Crabs"!Freed Roger wrote:Everybody knows a zodiac cancer symbol tattoo on the back of the neck is way classier than 69.KyCardinalFan wrote:There was something regarding that on Tattoo Nightmares.
