There have been a lot of fighter jet fly overs lately. It's no exactly uncommon but usually maybe once a week. It's been everyday, several days a week for the last couple weeks. Yesterday I saw them fly over in a V formation. Probably 5 of them total.

Apple store and other tech item help desks give me that feeling of powerlessness-in-face-of-bureaucracy that I used to get at places like the license office. Meanwhile, my trips to the license or govt offices have been quick and efficient.

I like to park away from other cars if there is space in a parking lot and almost always when I return there is some jerk off parked right next to me even if I am far away from the building and there are a lot of open spaces closer. It's like there is an unconscious need in some people for closeness.
