a few things:

-jack white's keyboardist recently passed, RIP, but i hope that doesn't lead a cancellation of the show in Jan. i full intend on being front and center and rocking out hard

-Foo Fighter's "Sonic Highway" starts tonight on HBO, at 10 pm central, i believe, so adjust dvr's accordingly

-Milky Chance's album "Sadnecessary" dropped on Tuesday and i finally got a chance to listen to it--highly recommend it. below are some samples:

The Who are coming to St. Louis. Ok I realize it's half The Who and they are all old, but damn it's I'll be there. Wish I could have seen John Entwhistle before he died.

This is great.
My favorite current band, though I haven't read a bit of news about them in over a year now.

Anyway:

if you missed @freddurst tonight and @limpbizkit you really missed out. Might have been the best concert ever! Cheers Fred!!!!!! #sick

How was the concert? I ended up not going. Just couldn't justify $300+ for two tickets. But people are saying it was really good.

It was awesome. They opened with Elderly Woman then went right into playing No Code. Yes, the entire album straight through. Only the second time they have ever played an album in full in concert.

36 songs, 3 hours, and a debuted a new song called "Moline" that he wrote 10 minutes before the show started. It was an incredible concert - way beyond my expectations.

Do we have to talk about Pearl Jam after getting beat by Michael Morse and Brandon Crawford, who are clearly in a grunge band?

I've been getting all my music through Amazon lately. You get the CD plus digital download for like 10 bucks. Anyone else been doing that?
