Clay is so unbiased and anti social media mob that he was able to successfully truther the Mizzou protests without ever setting foot in Columbia.

Still hearing from the local white folk that Mizzou/CoMo is too dangerous these days. This time it was one of my coworkers and talking about my daughters college choices.

Ugh. Fans like those (and there are MANY of them) are a big part of my extreme dislike of Mizzou. The University itself never did anything in my younger years to make me dislike them but the Mizzou fans that I grew up around are some of the most racist people there are. And of course none of them ever went to Mizzou or have any family that did but they're blindly loyal anyway.

Nothing new here, but word on the street is Arkansas search is down to 2 candidates, both of whom are coaching this weekend. The three obvious people would be Norvell, Venables, and Malzahn. I still discount Venables because he seems like he's happy but who knows. Further word on the street is he wanted the Arkansas job when they gave it to Bielema. I doubt Malzahn would make the move but his connections here are strong and it's not unfathomable due to Auburn's general uneasiness with him until about 3 weeks ago. My guess, still, is Norvell. Family connections, played at UCA, up and coming coach. I think he's the guy, and I'm perfectly happy with that.

Like I said, they are not good people. Mizzou is still sacred to them, it's just that black people don't belong at Mizzou in their view unless they are winning games for them and keeping in their place. I know that isn't anywhere near a majority of Mizzou fans but that's the only kind of Mizzou fan around me when I was growing up and it has completely soured me on Mizzou.

That's not fair for me to dislike the entire institution based on the people that I grew up around and I'll freely admit that, but it just always stuck with me as a kid that I didn't agree with these people and could never get behind Mizzou at all because Mizzou just reminds me of these people.

Go Birds, been hearing a rumor down this way that UT is going after Mike Gundy (behind the scenes). Not sure that there is much truth to it and I would be surprised if he left OSU.....where he pretty much has it made. He is a hometown boy, is paid a ton, and really has little to no pressure on him at all.

However, his mullet would transition well.

Why not Gundy before Schiano? I'm thinking either UTAD was trying to get by on the cheap (aka The Cardinal Financial Way) with Schiano, or Schiano was the choice from the beginning. It's been botched so much now that they they probably will have to overpay.

For whatever reason, Haslam is infatuated with Schiano. It's very very strange.

But, after today's transgressions, its lookin like fulmer is running the show and that meatpuppet curries is on the way out.
