An MLB-led conference call with all 30 teams is being had and MLB is expected to make an announcement afterward about the status of spring training and the opening of the season. - Joel Sherman

I would kind of prefer them to play games with no fans for a while, but I can't see that happening. I'm guessing they suspend indefinitely until the numbers of cases start to drop. How long that takes, who knows.

The season won’t start on time.
I think all of sports will be postponed through April.

Re: Coronavirus and the 2020 Season
According to Jon Heyman of MLB Network, Major League Baseball is expected to suspend Grapefruit League play on Thursday.
Cactus League play will presumably be suspended as well and there is a very good chance that the start of the MLB regular season is going to be delayed as a result of growing worldwide coronavirus concerns. Look for an official announcement within the next few hours from MLB commissioner Rob Manfred, who has been meeting all morning with league executives. Opening Day, as currently scheduled, is exactly two weeks away.

Going to be an enjoyable season for fans who love doubleheaders.
