I don’t know anything about AEW, other than the known WWE guys they’ve signed, and I’m sure people love the twinky jack skellington looking MF’er that Punk is booked against (I think here sucks big time so far), but I was kind of hoping he would be less about putting the young guys over and more wanted him to come out going after the big names to take over the promotion. I kind of wanted heel hero punk.

I watch one show for the first time in years and I am already criticizing the booking. That’s how you know I’m a real wrestling fan at my core.

Darby Allin? I'd say he's pretty popular and one of the best examples of a homegrown star for AEW right next to Britt and Jungle Boy, but personally he has some scandals tied to him that make it hard for me to root for him.

I guess I still wonder just how much Punk is going to work. I'm not saying this is a one-off for him, but Christian is basically doing something every week. Will Punk do the same? I really don't know.

Jericho’s hairline is an inspiration and I don’t love the Ted Lassoification of CM Punk. Blarby whatever would have been my favorite wrestler when I was 15? foh. I want cult leader punk, not respectful punk.
