Didn't we determine Gold Gloves were kind of a sham decades ago?
yes, see Derek Jeter
Rafael Palmeiro won a Gold Glove at first base in 1999 in a season where he played first base 28 times and was a DH the rest of the time!

Ke'Bryan Hayes led all Major League Baseball players in Defensive Runs Saved, SABR's Defensive Index, and Outs Above Average.

Dear Ke'Bryan,
I recommend joining to new team or being a better hitter if you want to win a NL 3B Gold Glove.
I mean, it's the Gold Glove, not the Outs Above Average award. It's not exactly an outrage to lose it to one of the best defensive third basemen of all time. But in any event, maybe Hayes' vibes are off, maybe he is always whistling an annoying tune, maybe he won't share his Big League Chew, maybe he's the guy that cancelled Freaks and Geeks, maybe he intentionally steps on a crack, thus breaking his mother's back, maybe he has indelicate pictures of your ex girlfriend that he refuses to delete, maybe he is always playing Jeff Foxworthy comedy CDs in the clubhouse, maybe he performs mime of you even after you ask him to stop, maybe he chews really loudly, maybe the laces on his glove are not tied right, maybe he insists on Perrier in the clubhouse, maybe he took a second donut and it's the last one even though he knew you didn't get one yet. These are all plausibly valid reasons why one good defender might not win the Gold Glove over another.

The Freaks and Geeks reference was gold.

If he was part of the Freaks and Geeks cancellation, I hope he never wins a gold glove.

Very disappointed that we went from 5 GGers to 2.
I mean its disappointing but 5 guys winning obviously wasn't a sustainable stat.
It's a decent burger joint though.
Expensive burger joint though. I mean the burgers are good but when you have to pay roughly $18 for a double cheeseburger, fries and drink there's cheaper options out there.

Cheaper isn't better.

But there are better options than Five Guys also.

Almost all fast food runs over $10 for a decent meal now. I don't mind paying a little more to get a 5 Guys burger over a quater-pounder with cheese.
