I just wouldn’t sign any reliever to another contract, full stop.

So, with everything going on, what do you guys realistically think is going to happen.

Putting it at percentages:

90% confident they're getting traded:
Flaherty
Montgomery
Dejong
Stratton

75% confident they're getting traded:
Hicks
Burleson

50% confident they're getting traded:
O'Neill or Carlson
Yepez

35% confident they're getting traded:
Edman

20% confident they're getting traded:
Donovan
Gallegos
Herrera or Contreras

Everyone else I put at below 5%. Helsley would be in the 50% range if he wasn't hurt.

Maybe they can extend DeJong and Flaherty, too. Keep the band together.

I think there’s zero chance Herrera or Donovan is traded.

It would absolutely piss me off if Herrera is traded.

He is the future at catcher. Needs to be the 2024 starter.

What could they do with Knizner though? His trade value has to be minimal to nonexistent.

Don’t care.

DFA

Trade for a prospect.

Hire as a scout.

Don’t care.

It's pretty depressing to think that Johan Oviedo is performing identical to a guy who is making $10 mil. in Matz.

Someone has to be driving all these new players from the airport

It’s the perfect time to trade Hicks. Pitching is at a premium, there’s more buyers than sellers & a very inconsistent Hicks has been at his peak lately. If Mo can’t understand this is the absolute best possible scenario to trade Hicks, then we need to trade Mo.
