Curious if there will be a minor upgrade charge to add this to an existing MLB.tv subscription? Any precedent for that from fans of other teams?

Ugh, looks like last year, if you got the promo pricing, you could get the Team package for $99/year, or "upgrade and save $50" to Team + MLB.TV for $199.99. Guess if you were going to have MLB.tv already (for $149.99), you're effectively paying $50 for the team package. Now, if you get MLB.tv for free through T-Mobile...how do you tack on the Team package?
