Can't be thinking about an extension for JJ yet. Oli Marmol is currently only under contract through 2028 with a club option for 2029. We need to figure out a way to lock him down for at least another two years.
EDIT: LOL, when you do a Google search on Oli's contract, even their AI is throwing shade at the Cardinals' justification for the extension:
