I couldn't recall if he was always awful against lefties. But since I didn't have a sense one way or another, I figured it must not have been THAT bad. In his early years, he was terrible against them, but was still kind of trying to find his footing overall. Last year, his big breakout, and he held his own pretty well against LHPs.
