If we can't beat the Angels, might as well hang it up

Time to start shopping O'Brien. Clearly not going to get much, but he's not ever going to be as dominant as he was in the first couple months of the season.

It was a fun ride while it lasted but without a completely lights out 4 man back end of the bullpen this team has no shot.

Angels win on walkoff HBP with the bases loaded. Kyle puts up a QS and gets a ND.

Can't even beat a crap team with the worst record in baseball. Total garbage.

Walker doing a bang up job on the Nelson Cruz 2011 Game 6 impersonation to bring us a pleasant memory amidst the trash ending. #silverlining

3 blown saves in 3 opportunities to start the second half.

After we ended the first half with a loss in the 9th during a tie game.

Great start by Leahy.

That's 5 blown saves for O'Brien so far this year and other games where he hung on by a thread in Cardinals wins. Not a dependable closer that this team needs.

Yeah, not great. And he's actually been OK this year. I like him as a 7th inning guy. But he's not a closer.

I don't think we're ever going to win again.
