I’m intrigued by Josh Baez to see how he comes out of his current slump. I’m hoping he is working on having more contact and walking more as a final stage of development.

Crooks is starting to hit. His first few weeks were terrible but it looks like he is adjusting.

His mechanics/setup seem simultaneously simple, and maybe a bit fluffy at the same time.

He's quite out of shape, no doubt.

Not trying to pick on the man; but this would certainly be something a major league organization would start addressing during his development right? Proper nutrition, conditioning, etc would all be part of his training I would think. I know it is all ultimately on the player to do the work.

I have no doubt he has a program. Of course I don't know anything about his genetics, athletic testing etc. it's just quite obvious he's not in peak shape physically.
