I haven't picked up a console game in a month. Stupid free computer game (Battlefield Heroes) has pulled me away from CoD: W@W and Punch Out.

Yup, I play NCAA over Madden too.Secret Weapon wrote:i just got ncaa football 2010 for xbox and it is awesome. you and your friends can create your own teams online, then download them to your xbox's and start online dynasties competing against each other. you can upload your own pictures for logos and everything, it's badass.
You get to run the option, which is fun.
Also, for the dynasty lover, there's alot more to do and roster turnover in college then Madden.

I hate what they've done with BF1943. At least 1942 had depth behind all the running and gunning. Everyone has a rocket launcher? Seriously?

I think that's the difference between a full game and an arcade title. 1943 is intended to be easier to pickup and play, and then discarded. You can't expect the same amount of depth.

i got to play a few matches last night and i think its really fun...michael is right in that it's definitely a "pick up and play" game...only 4 maps, 3 character classes and a few vehicles (planes, boats, tanks, cars)...but yeah, you just get right into a game and play capture the flag basically...it plays well online (smooth) and it looks good...it's 1200 MS points (which is approx: 15$, i believe), so it seems like a good deal too...i have to help my brother move in arkansas this weekend so i won't get much to play it much, but i like it...and i also like having a game on my HD and not having to switch discsMichael wrote:AdmiralKird wrote:I hate what they've done with BF1943.
