Pretty much. Sometimes your grin will be hiding behind gritted teeth. I love the game though. It never felt cheap and there were lots of save points. Usually I hate tough games, but not this one. It reminded me of sonic the hedgehog.Tambourine Man wrote:Splosion Man is maddeningly addictive and frustrating fun.
Sure send me an invite.Jocephus wrote:i'm going to attempt getting all the cakes...but it's gonna take some time...i think i got a total of 2 in the 3rd "zone"...you know it supports up to 4 players on MP? we can all get in on the action...i'm down
Lately I've been playing a lot of GoW2 multiplayer and co-op if anyone is interested.

I skipped a level because I was so pissed off. It killed me to do that.Michael wrote:Pretty much. Sometimes your grin will be hiding behind gritted teeth. I love the game though. Yeah, I took the way of the coward. I kept replaying the level and I was getting worse and worse each time.

That's when you need to put the controller down and come back to it. Usually it's easier the next time you try.
Glad I recommended game that is causing meltdowns.

Re: The Video Game Thread
if, when I start playing it, a controller is broken I'm requesting a new one from Microsoft billed to GRB, LLC. c/o Michael. I'll even write the "Michael" in green.

It really does feel like an old-school NES game, which is always a good thing.Michael wrote:Tambourine Man wrote:Yeah, I took the way of the coward. I kept replaying the level and I was getting worse and worse each time.
