I think I initially found it by searching photobucket for "weird" or "strange" or "disturbing" or something. The name of the file is fetishfart.jpg, so... somehow, for some twisted weird guy, it's sexual?

And the response I got was "Where did you got that picture"

Which, to me, sort of sounded like he was scared that I found it on his hard drive.
