The Video Game Thread

"The Show" on PS4 has got me sucked in good. Road to the Show is so addictingly fun, but man they don't make it easy to get to the bigs.

Steam mega-sale and HumbleBundle bargains right now. Fill up that library with games you'll never have the time to play!

[Maclowery]

If you went down my list of Steam games purchased, you would absolutely find 200+ hours of single player games completely unfinished. Hell, more than that. I'll never play Mass Effect 2, why the hell did I buy it for 5 bucks a few years ago?

Damn you, Steam. My 1500 hours of Counterstrike spits in your face! Keep my money, you animals!!!

Went for the two most recent HumbleBundles, plus the latest Binding of Isaac, Hotline Miami 2, and Ziggurat. I figure if I lost my job tomorrow, I wouldn't have to spend money on new games in about ten years.

Just announced Xbox360 games will be backwards compatible with the one. That's pretty sweet.

i think the xbox one/microsoft have reneged on all their ill-received ideas from their initial xbox one reveal back in...2013?

[ghostrunner]

I just assumed that was impossible for some reason. Why wouldn't they do that from the beginning? That was a big obstacle to me buying one in the first place. With that, and being able to ditch my blu-ray player, plus Fallout coming, they've got a deal.
