GameDay was like this last spring, too. It's a tough way to watch a ball game but it's awfully nice to have some baseball again.

I didn't have any problems with the video broadcast yesterday after Jocephus told me where I could find it. MLB.tv was reliable for me all of last season, too.

Just my 2 cents.

I thought I read that the pitcher was supposed to be Chan Ho Park for the Mets. Anyone know why it's Sele instead?

Yes it is. Smoltz looked sharp by the way.

I am just trying to gauge what's what between MLB's product, my DSL, regular season and spring training. Not like it really matters, I'm sure I'll find a reason to renew it every month when I'm out of town or for some other reason even though I'll likely have EI. I hate money.

Andruw Jones just hosed someone at the plate. Awesome. I'm leaving for Tampa tomorrow and I'm absolutely giddy about seeing the Birds in 48 hours. I'll try and snap some photos probably.

No idea why Sele is in there, BTW.

I read on another forum (completely unrelated to baseball) that Park is having visa issues and he can't do anything in front of a paying crowd.

Park does not have his working visa (according to ESPN) and therefore could not pitch.
