A couple of big things? I know of one... what is the other?

From what I told the mods:

Over this last year, I've accepted a new position at work which has kept me stimulated and busy. It was a hard decision to make, but it looks like it's going to be one of the best decisions for my career I've ever made. I've also had the best thing happen to me in my entire life...I became a dad. I was extremely excited to become a dad, but even my extreme excitement could never prepare me for how rewarding and awesome my life has become.

I didn't want to say anything about it because I know people are unemployed, and I didn't want it to sound like I was bragging. Also, I know how sensitive some are to the "baby" talk at GRB, and I didn't want to annoy anyone.

job+baby+whatever life I had leftover = not enough time to moderate


I wanted to say thanks to all the users that helped make GRB a great website to moderate for 4 years. I know I've made my share of mistakes as a mod, and I accept responsibility for those mistakes. I'm just lucky that most (if not all) users were understanding in helping me resolve the board's issues or my issues. I'm not going anywhere, but I will be posting a lot less.

Thank you for educating me, making me laugh, and helping me turn the Clash vs ZZ Top thread nuclear.
