Hopefully he will keep them there or possibly even deeper in the ground. Hated them since the early 80s when I lived there. Let Nolan Ryan leave and brought in Reggie Jackson. No thank you. The collapse in the 86 playoffs still a bright spot in my baseball memories.

Wasn’t he using the word “retire” when he left?

Does this mean he was actually forced out by BDW?

Or did Mo not like retirement?

I’m guessing the latter.
I’m hoping for him to realize his mistakes, learn from them and do well. But yeesh the Angels are a mess.

His mistake was being a dinosaur who couldn’t keep up with the game’s evolution. Not sure people learn from that. They just find an organization that doesn’t mind.
