I love the CF'er going all the way to the wall on a ball that goes about 50 feet out and up the wall.

St. Louis Cardinals signed free agent RHP Jose Vega to a minor league contract.
Vega had previously played with the Diablos Rojos del Mexico of the Mexican League (LMB). This looks to be a minor leagues depth move.

Over Rainiel?!
I'd think Raniel would move to #1 by mid-season.

I’m with you. The youngest player in A ball at 19 and will be all year as he just turned 19 in January
316/437/541, so an ops of 978 and walking as much as striking out
At 19 in A ball…he’s my most exciting prospect to dream on in quite awhile

Don't they factor in how fast they expect a prospect to make it to the majors? That might be a reason that Doyle gets an edge. But IDK, just reporting the news.

Liam Doyle saying "it's too early to call it, Phins!"
For the record, I still really believe in Doyle. He was my #1 rated prospect in that draft. I've just seen Seth Hernandez as a pro and think he's special is all.
If Hernandez is dat dude, Doyle is in the next car behind him. I'd love to see Doyle pushing to be in the rotation some time next season.
70 fastball and glimpses of swing and miss slider. Commanding the fastball with the AAA ball will be the next hurdle.

Oh I wasn't attacking you. Or at least wasn't trying to. In real life you'd see facial cues and voice inflections and know I was kidding. Message boards aren't as good with that, obviously.
Both are excellent prospects. Maybe even 60's, which are elite, elite prospects.

I was not feeling attacked. Just pointing out that I am not sure what all was going into the decision.
