Carps getting up there too though, 29 pitches to Halladay's 41 through 2.

Back to that play from Punto... You should always let the 2b'man take that ball. He's coming at it from the side and will have a better look at it.

15 per inning isn't that bad. Easily go 7-8 innings at that pace. Pitch count doesn't matter at all with these guys, though. The issue will be how quick it forces either club to consider pinch hitting to try and get some runs (if behind) and heading to the pen.
