my folks happened to be at this game. they went to ark to see some art display...crystal bridges or something but somehow got tickets, i'm sure my dad loved the game. this game was on tv here so was fun to see tigers, they looked competent in many respects. had no idea the qb was gonna break this sec td record, that's kinda crazy, eh? hadn't heard danny wuerffels name in awhile

FWIW, you posted a tweet and then a tweet that referenced that tweet. But to answer the question. One is an official firing. Done by a university’s board of trustees in this case or interim AD. One is local press either tangentially related by being students or unaffiliated with the university. Right? Did I misunderstand the question or the tweet?

What’s so irritating to me is all of this was known and the guy that said they had to do it to prevent bielema from recruiting made a factually inaccurate statement. And this is how I know. Trey biddy in his usual time on drive time sports on Wednesday was so openly talking about new coaches he had to say “assuming bielema is gone”. So he knew but caught himself actually reporting something that hadn’t happened. Then either Randy or Rick or Marcus started priding him like hey you’re getting good at that political y’all. Trey goes. Yeah but it’s not political. But everyone knows. But it hasn’t happened. Yet. Then I think it was Marcus starts talking about how they CANCELLED BIELEMAS FLIGHT SATURDAY MORNING. ON THE AIR, they were discussing how the people in charge had already told the flight crew it wasn’t going to happen. Ie don’t show up for this flight. Ipso facto that one guy was wrong and I’m right.

Okay, you are right about that. Ryan Higgins is wrong. But I honestly don't get the hate levied at Arkansas for firing Bielema after the game. You really going to let him twist in the wind overnight? Through the weekend.
