To be fair even with this drop the stock market as done quite well with Trump. I'm curious to see how he reacts to all this.

Was trying to get some prospective on how common a drop this big is. Off the top of my head, I would have said this is something the market can be expected to do every few years or so, but this actually seems pretty deep in the tail for a 1-day event.

Stepping back, the market valuation today is the about the same as it was in early December which doesn't seem like that big a deal.

It's almost like it's a bad idea for a president to take credit for stock market gains, because by obvious extension he's also responsible for stock market losses.

Nothing obvious about that at all. Those libs on Wall Street hate Trump and making America great again. They want to keep the little guy down. It's their fault.
