How many more lousy coaches have to say no before we start contacting better options, such as Miles, Leach, Tee Martin or Sumlin?

Leach isn't going to the SEC, and Miles is not a better option at this point. Sumlin is sort of intriguing. He's shown he can deliver passable results in the SEC's more difficult division; if he can keep recruiting well the East is there for the taking.

Miles is 64 years old. Tennessee wants offense and even though he is an old offensive lineman, his offenses would never be confused with dynamic. However, I could see him taking a job in the upper midwest possibly....where he wouldn't have to envoke a spread offense or defend against one.

It's also said that he made it clear to some that he wouldn't change his way of coaching in game, which was pretty wacky.

Reports say that Sumlin is our next target. Not the GOAT, but at least he wouldn't be a disaster hire.

I like Sumlin because he can churn out QBs but it would depend on who he brings with him.

I mean, why would that matter? He won 10 games per year in the SEC West, he can chew all the grass that he wants and run all the off tackle plays he feels like with those results.

Just heard that Go Birds. No doubt the pirate (Leach) would shake up things in Knoxville. He is one of the best interviews ever....along with his press conferences. Topics in recent press conferences with him include aliens, bigfoot, which stadium is the loudest, and of course....marriage advice. You need to "Youtube" Leach....he is fantastic.
