They've experimented with so many different sounds, that there's something in their catalog for many different types of rock fans.

The Marty Stuart concert last night was awesome. One of the best I've been to. It was also a mad house getting the Sheldon with Ringo Starr at the Fox. People were of course in their finest dick form waiting until the last second to get in, cutting people off, going in the turn lane to get around people then trying to cut in. The world would really be better without about 7 billion people.

Nope. Needed someone to get me going since I had other stuff to be doing.

Lana Del Rey has probably one of the best voices i've heard but she is absolutely boring as hell to watch perform. She is not a music fest act--more of a Ryman Act that you just kinda sit and enjoy. She is quite the looker, though.

Jack White, however, is polar opposite. I wasn't that much of a Jack White fan before this weekend, but after seeing him live--man what a show. I've given his stuff a spin again and appreciate it that much more. Highly recommend seeing him live.
looks like i'll get my opportunity to see him again, only this time more up close and personal. just purchased some floor tix for his show at bridgestone to kick off his fall/winter tour.

Hopefully he brings it HARD since he lives here in nashville and its the first show of his tour.

Saw the White Stripes about 8-ish years ago at the Fox (16th row?)...still goes down as one of my Top-10 concerts. Couldn't believe how loud those two could get.
