Go back a couple pages and look at how this started. The mods have warned against the hostility and crap before, and every time we solve it, something stupid gets brought up again.
What have I said that's stupid?

The stories for the day surround these "new" Obama tapes. What he is saying in some of that is tied into what his "church" preaches.

Or is crap anything negative aimed at Obama....even if it's the truth?
All you've done since you reentered the thread earlier today is call Obama a socialist, dodge the conversation when people prove you wrong and now you're complaining about an issue, his church, that was a part of the conversation back in May? Come back with a legitimate issue. Til then, I'll do what I was advised to do and just ignore you until you stop baiting people on stuff that doesn't matter.

The Stevens thing is a lot bigger than just your typical 'shady politician' story. It's HUGE because it could push the Senate count for the Democrats to 60.
Ted Steven's guilty verdict Monday afternoon could mean the end of the Alaska lawmaker's 40-year tenure in the Senate and serve to inch the already emboldened Democratic Party closer to 60 seats in the Senate, recent polls of the Alaska race suggest.

Yeah. I should leave the truth about Obama out that paints him in a negative light. I apologize for posting two youtube videos that made their way onto that site today. I also apologize for talking about how his church is based on hate and redistributing the wealth.

And do me a favor. Don't just ignore me on this thread. Do it in all threads. At all times.

Do people think that church has that big of an impact on their lives? I always thought it was a place to learn and reflect...not a brainwashing institute...maybe I'm wrong though.
It has a big impact on my life.

Even if it's just a place to learn and reflect, which I guess for a lot of people it is, doesn't what the basis of that church pushes have some impact? Just a little?
I think everyone is different and I disagree with a lot of what the church teaches, but it doesn't mean I don't go to there to listen and learn what others have to say, or what their view is. I don't believe in fitting into a box, but I do believe actions speak louder than words.

So far, what I know about both Obama and McCain make me think that they are both trying to do what is best for the country. Both are honorable men for serving their country or serving their community.

If you can point to an instance where McCain's or Obama's church has a direct correlation to McCain's or Obama's work being harmful, then I will be glad to listen (maybe you have 20 pages back and I haven't seen it).

I don't have an opportunity to listen to the radio during the work day. Sorry. I've probably heard less than an hour of Rush for all of 2008 put together.
Founding Fathers wrote:Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Why does it matter again?
Have you criticized, at least once, what Palin or McCain believe in from a religious standpoint and what they might carry over to the presidency if a miracle happened and they were elected? You obviously think that there should be a separation, or is that just when republicans might carry over some beliefs?
I believe in complete seperation. Total and complete.
...and being private.

Haha, I've got one of those WWRJD things as my Facebook profile picture. Only mine is him in front of a Confederate flag.
