I'm in SWMO and just got one in the mail today that said Obama supports killing babies.

Kind of funny though, also in today's mail was a sweet ass Obama pin!

John McCain is NOT gaining ground in the states that matter the most. The top tier of states in this election are Virginia, Colorado and Pennsylvania. There is lots of lots of polling in these states, particularly in Virgnia and Pennsylvania, and it's all coming up in roughly the same range, showing Obama leads in the high single digits (in VA and CO) or the low double digits (in PA). The second tier of states is probably Ohio, Florida and Nevada. McCain seems to be getting a bit stronger in Florida; Obama seems to be getting a bit stronger in Ohio and Nevada. McCain does seem to have halted Obama's progress in some of the third-tier states, particularly Missouri and North Carolina. On the other hand, some other third-tier states, like New Mexico and particularly New Hampshire (where Obama is getting some insane numbers lately), now appear to be off the table.

It seriously just hit me 3 minutes ago that I'm going to be voting in a swing state. Like a legitimate swing state that is going to be decided by 3 or less. Got me kinda excited.

Someone got their moveon.org pin, they should've given you a larger pin for having to wait for so long.

I thought an Oregon radio station rasied some money and paid his taxes, you know spreading the wealth.

NewsRadio 1190 KEX’s afternoon hosts Mark Mason and Dave Anderson from Portland, Oregon heard of Wurzelbacher’s plight and wanted to help. Mason and Anderson secured the website http://www.SaveJoeThePlumber.net and started accepting donations. The goal was to cover Wurzelbacher’s tax bill and plumber’s license. By the weekend, $1,821 had been raised from donations coming from 31 states.

Is that socialism, welfare, or both?

I believe it's just proof that there are idiots in at least 31 states.
