I haven't played them, but I read If you play a lot of RTS's on a PC you won't like them. Of the two, Halo Wars is considered the best because it was built with a console in mind.
Just play Advance Wars: Dual Strike for the DS.
That's the best RTS for a Nintendo/XBOX/PS world.
As I read through these, are you guys mainly talking about Xbox games? I'm reading through looking for suggestions for a game for PS3, but I think many of the games being discussed in the last 5-6 pages are only available for Xbox, correct?

This is an XBOX thread that got rebranded. I own a PS3... what types of games does your hubby like?
I've been playing MLB 2k9 online lately since the patch came out and aside from regularly getting my clock cleaned, it's the most fun I've had with the 2k series since 2k6's online play.

that's good to hear...i did enjoy the patch updates the few times i played but now i have fallout 3, gta iv: the lost and the damned, and L4D downloadable content...ive got a ton of stuff to catch up on...
though i know im gonna want the batman and ghostbusters game too....damn expensive hobby
Valkyria Chronicles is still my favorite game for the PS3 that I've played. Fallout 3 is awesomely fun...but Valkyria is just great if you like tactical role-playing games. They just announced DLC for it too...I'm pumped.
