First half was just Carrie and Lowell straight through, ended with this [expletive] crazy light show. Second half was fan favs.

Seriously though, what an artist.

Going through one of my phases where I do nothing but listen to a ton of Swans and Scott Walker.

Here, have a 21-minute song about Attila the Hun's moorish jester traveling through time and space and collapsing with a brown dwarf star (get it?), interspersed with grade-school insults ("Does your face hurt? Cuz it's killing me"), atonal guitar squeals, saxophone, and silence.

How have I gone all my life without listening to Current 93 until now? Plaintive, serious, and grim folk music tackling mysticism, religion, and brutal historical events (including a 17-minute song about Hitler being the final incarnation of Vishnu, the destroyer of worlds) - this stuff was made for me.
