Are they going to wear the red hats with the gray uni's all year? Or is this just ST thing?
IIRC, they always wear just the red hats during ST. Both hats and helmets. Less to transport back and forth from StL.

Makes sense.

Thanks.

Wow. DirecTV and mlb.tv just started working at the same time (well, that's an overstatement as far as mlb.tv is concerned -- every fifth word and frozen on the commercial break) weird. Did my phone call actually make a difference? I thought I used entirely too much profanity.

Gonzo!

Well done! =D>

One of the reasons I have Cate as my avatar is that he bears an odd resemblance to myself, the shape of his face, small mole on the side of his cheek, even the way his facial hair grows; it's astounding. For example, if I allowed a stache to grow out, it would probably look almost exactly like his(I tried it once but I didn't like the way it felt when drinking liquids, blech).

Hawksworth didn't look too bad against a tough lineup in the Mets.

This game reminds me of game 7 of the NLCS...except I'm not frantically driving home through the rain across Missouri pounding my hands on the steering wheel in fury after hearing Endy Chavez ridiculously rob Rolen of a homer.

Cronos, I just noticed that your Troy Cate w/pornstache avatar bears a striking resemblance to a young John Cleese.
