Because the British white paper didn't even exist until like 1939, much less the actual state of Isreal. And the term "terrorism"?? I don't even think that term was ever used until what, the 70s or 80s?
I mean, I am not a history buff but when someone starts out a sentence with "when the terrorists first got together in Isreal back in the 30's"??
Or am I way off base?
