I'm gonna go ahead and 5-months-early call that Butler loses in the 2nd round of the tourney. I haven't decided if I think they'll be upset at that point, or lose to a higher seed. The sauce has made me supremely confident in this.

In all seriousness, I cannot wait for the Jayhawks to come to Knoxville in January. I may have to camp out the entire day beforehand to get a good seat in the student section, but it'll totally be worth it.

They showed the Kansas-Memphis championship game on ESPN Classic last night. No one ever really framed it that way, but that has to be one of the biggest chokes in history. Up 9 points with 2:12 remaining and you blow it? Two decent FT shooters miss 4 out of 5 and you allow an open look on a 3 instead of either guarding tight or fouling. If I were a Memphis fan I still wouldn't be over that one.
