You can get Madden 10, a full year subscription to Sports Illustrated and some John Madden DVD for $49.

Where is this?

Actually it looks like a half year subscription.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. I'm a beautiful freak.

On to the news...

You'll remember, of course, that the origins of this rumour - Ars Technica's ever-reliable Microsoft mole - are that the 360 Pro is being phased out, taken off the market entirely, and that the 360 Elite will have its price slashed to that of the Pro to compensate. This will leave only two 360 consoles to choose from: the cheap, hard drive-less Arcade and the 120GB HDD Elite.

Elite 360 Dropping In Price, RIP Pro Model

I bet they'll be some great deals on 60 gig systems.

Any recommendations for the PS3 or Wii while I'm recovering from knee surgery?

Has anyone played Fat Princess yet?

[Michael]

Fat Princess looks like a lot of fun. I'm waiting for it to go on sale.
