So good I'm embarrassed I didn't come up with it like 2 years ago. I've had bits and pieces of it written down, but it all came together tonight.

I'll spill the beans because it won't matter. My idea basically is a volume selling site (that can turn into something else, but the market down here is weird so I won't bother with the details). Similar to Groupon really. The genius part is instead of actually developing it myself, I'm going to offer it to the two heaviest hitters in town (I've worked for both) and let them bid against each other. I'm essentially selling a domain name and an idea that may or may not work. But once I involve their egos, [expletive] could get crazy. For the last few years I've been a hired gun that streamlines their online businesses; I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner. Not only will they want to have the idea all to themselves, they'll not want me to keep it for myself. I can sell the idea for a crazy premium and most likely insure a cushy desk job for a good salary. And I can most likely be the head developer for the site. Seriously, it is straight up [expletive] genius!
