Sometimes when you're posting a link from youtube it's from the mobile version or from an embedded version and you'll have to do a little surgery on the url to get it to work. I noticed linkes that have "feature=player_embedded&" in them work when you remove that bit of the link.

So change this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... -MkfzSy4p8#
To this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-MkfzSy4p8#!
And put it in the youtube tags and you get this:

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-MkfzSy4p8#!][/youtube]

once you get used to how the general/basic youtube url/"code" is it'll be easy to figure out
