I used to watch a game on a daily basis say 5 years ago.
I haven't watched a baseball game in entirety since early June.
Is it me? Is it the game now? Or a combo? I don't know.

Yeah. I'm surprised they didn't give the card concession to Roman. I can't think of anything better to say Family Values than a dad that helps his son get it up. Put their smiling faces on the front of every pack of baseball cards, replace the bubble gum with a rubber, and we're good to go.GeddyWrox wrote: ↑August 20 21, 8:55 amA sample dose of Viagra.CardsofSTL wrote: ↑August 19 21, 9:45 pmFill in the blank:

I am still watching some because of habit, and this pandemic blows so I like the distraction. But I am getting to the point with baseball that I reached with hockey during the 2004 strike and then the teardown of the Blues. I have watched maybe 10 hockey games (all during the Stanley Cup run) since. I was a die hard hockey fan for 15 years.
Watching baseball in general and the cardinals right now is like watching an old favorite show in its 12th season that is years past its prime, and I know it has jumped the shark, but I just want to see how it ends because I have an emotional attachment to the team.

strangely enough i've actually been watching more games *since* the ASB. i barely watched many games in the first half...er, well, june and july certainly killed a lot of hope for the season. i'm not hate watching but i am just like "what do they really have here?" kind of thing. i dont have any excitement that they actually will make hte playoffs but i guess they aren't technically eliminated yet....what a fun perspective as a fan.
